- On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your room before 11:30 a.m.If you would like to stay a little longer on the day of departure, you can stay until 1:00 p.m. For this service, we charge an additional fee of 25,00 €.
- At Hotel Hochrain pets are allowed. We charge 3.00 - 5.00 € per pet/night.Please let us know in advance that you will bring your pet and notice that pets are not allowed in some rooms. In addition, your pet will not have access to the dining room, the lounges, the lawn, or the sun terrace.
- We offer a large selection of gluten- and lactose-free dishes. If possible, please let us know in advance.
- We have a selection of vegetarian dishes on our menu.
- The prices for adults and children are intended per person and day.
- In all our rooms and apartments smoking is not allowed.
- Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your written confirmation by letter, fax, or email, and our subsequent written acknowledgment. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific rooms or floors. Single-use rooms are available upon request.
- For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees apply.For cancellations within 30 to 15 days before arrival, a fee of 40% of the total booked amount will be charged.For cancellations within 14 to 8 days before arrival, a fee of 60% of the total booked amount will be charged.For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, a fee of 70% of the total booked amount will be charged.For early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 70% will be charged for the booked but not used days.Every cancellation has to be written.

Location and Arrival
How you can find us!
Raas is situated on the high plateau of Natz-Schabs in the Eisacktal, just 9 km from the center of Brixen. Surrounded by orchards, meadows, and forests, it is the ideal destination for a vacation in nature.
Arrival by car
If you are traveling by car, take the A22 Brennero/Brenner motorway, and take the exit Brixen/Pustertal in the direction of Val Pusteria/Pustertal. After 1 km, turn right towards Natz/Schabs. The village of Raas is only 5.5 km from the motorway exit.
By public transportation
Our accommodation is also very well connected to public transport. Get off at the train station in Franzensfeste or Brixen and take the connecting buses to Raas. With the new train, soon it will be even more convenient to travel, as you can board or disembark directly in Schabs.
By plane
